  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including certificates, tags, and boxes.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings or customized jewellery may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • You can exchange your jewellery for another product, style, or size (if available).

  • If you’re unsure what to choose, we also offer store credit that can be used for future purchases.

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated once the returned item passes our quality inspection.

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non‑refundable.
