Aapki is everyday fine jewellery crafted in 9K gold with lab-grown diamonds and gemstones. Made to order, customizable, and designed to live with you through workdays, weekends, and small celebrations.
Is Aapki jewellery made in real gold?
Yes. All pieces are crafted in real 9K gold and BIS hallmarked for purity.
Are your diamonds real?
Yes. We use certified lab-grown diamonds — chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds.
Are lab-grown diamonds certified?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are graded on the 4Cs and certified by trusted labs like IGI and SGL.
What are lab-grown diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds created in a laboratory environment by replicating the natural conditions that form diamonds within the Earth.
Can you tell the difference between lab-grown and mined diamonds?
No. They look identical to the naked eye. Only advanced gemological equipment can detect origin.
Are lab-grown diamonds durable for everyday wear?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds rank 10 on the Mohs hardness scale — the same as mined diamonds — making them suitable for everyday use.
Do lab-grown diamonds lose shine over time?
No. They do not fade or cloud over time and retain their sparkle.
Are lab-grown diamonds more affordable?
Yes. They offer the same sparkle and quality at more accessible prices, making diamond jewellery easier to wear every day.
What does “made to order” mean?
Each piece is crafted after you place your order. This ensures better finishing, reduces waste, and allows for customization.
How long does it take to make my order?
Most orders arrive within 10–15 days, including crafting and delivery.
Can I customize my jewellery?
Many pieces can be customized for:

Do you offer engraving?
Available on select designs. Contact us for assistance.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
You can confirm your order by paying 50% upfront or 100% in advance.
When is the remaining balance due?
If you choose 50% booking, the balance is paid before shipping, once your piece is ready.
How is the final price calculated?
Final billing is based on the finished gold weight and invoice gold rate at the time of order.
Why does the final weight vary?
Each piece is individually handcrafted, so minor variations in weight can occur and are standard in jewellery-making.
Do you offer lifetime exchange?
Yes. We offer lifetime exchange at 100% of gold value and 80% of lab-grown diamond value as per the original invoice.
How do I initiate an exchange or buyback?
Contact us with your invoice and we’ll guide you through the process. After verification, we’ll process the exchange or buyback.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free across India.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping charges and duties may apply.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused and undamaged pieces. After inspection, a refund or store credit can be issued as applicable.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins.

Yes. Every order arrives in thoughtful, ready-to-gift packaging.
